# What is SkynCap's return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges for any SkynCap products once they have been shipped for sanitary reasons. All sales are final. Please ensure that the products, quantity, payment method, and shipping address are all correct before completing your order.

#### Which items can’t be returned once opened?

#### Can I exchange an item?
